Vendor Booth Rates

VeloSwap attracts thousands of cycling enthusiasts annually who are on the hunt for end of the season deals. This year the expo will be celebrating it’s 32nd anniversary and is the perfect opportunity to showcase your retail storefront and brands. Guests come back year after year for countless discounts on new and used bikes, apparel, cycling jerseys, socks, bike helmets, bike components, memorabilia, and much more. Bike Manufacturer, Retailer & Sales Reps / INDIVIDUAL Booth Space

  • Available to bicycle manufacturers, retailers and sales reps to promote their products, liquidate any inventory, exhibit new merchandise and advertise directly to consumers.
  • 10×10 area with an un-skirted table and two chairs.
  • Two exhibitor passes per booth space.
  • Business featured in VeloSwap advertising, including VeloSwap.com website with link to exhibitor’s website.

Bike Start Up, Club / Team & Non-Profit Booth Space

  • Available to clubs/teams, individuals and non-profit organizations selling merchandise that was originally acquired for team, personal or charity organization use; sale of new products not permitted.
  • 10×10 area with one un-skirted table and two chairs.
  • Two exhibitor passes per booth space.
  • Link to company, club/team or non-profit website from VeloSwap.com.
    Please note: retail and internet businesses not allowed in this section. Your adherence to this will make for a better show and help us stay in business.

Swappers Corner

  • For consumers with one used bike, parts, etc to sell. Includes one-time admission to VeloSwap. Check-in and set-up at 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning.

Tax Requirement

Colorado law requires all vendors to collect 7.65% sales tax on all sales made at VeloSwap. As a ven­dor, you are responsible for keeping track of your sales and collecting the 7.65% sales tax. A VeloSwap sales tax payment form will be included in your activation kit email that you will receive upon registering for the event as well as your vendor packet you will pick up during vendor load-in. Vendors will need to submit their taxes and paperwork to the Bicycle Colorado booth by the end of the day.

 

COVID-19 UPDATES

As we enter the 2021 event, the VeloSwap team continues to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation in Colorado; working in tandem with local and state government agencies, while staying abreast of any new developments with the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).  Our top priority will always be the health and well-being of our riders, staff, volunteers, partners and host communities. We are committed to making decisions related to our 2021 event that align with this priority.  If we had to cancel the event, we will issue refunds minus processing fees.
