TAX REQUIREMENT
Colorado law requires all vendors to collect 8.81% sales tax on all sales made at VeloSwap. As a vendor, you are responsible for keeping track of your sales and collecting the 8.81% sales tax. A VeloSwap sales tax payment form will be included in your activation kit email that you will receive upon registering for the event as well as your vendor packet you will pick up during vendor load-in. Vendors will need to submit their taxes and paperwork to the Bicycle Colorado booth by the end of the day.

Certificate of Insurance Requirement for Business, Non Profits, Events, and Clubs
It is required that all exhibitors have and show proof of insurance. Please email proof of insurance no later than October 30th. Here are the details:
